Hello! I am a seasoned competent practitioner with a PhD in psychology. I believe in an authentic and practical approach, offering my clients the necessary tools that can be utilized immediately in combating daily distresses. My services range from horse assisted therapy to grief counseling, somatic healing, mindfulness practices, spiritual counseling, life coaching, and traditional psychotherapy. I am very well versed in different therapeutic modalities and techniques addressing a wide variety of issues, such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, neurodevelopment disorders.
