My preferred modality is EMDR. It is effective for trauma, pain, and addiction and is helpful to break through barriers of negative beliefs and behaviors. We discuss your history and make a plan. Identifying beliefs, emotions and physical symptoms and then moving into the processing with EMDR's Bilateral Stimulation. The majority of clients feel calmer and more able to process feelings.

Lyme Disease Support Group

A Free, monthly, Zoom Support group is offered for individuals diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease and Co-Infections. The 1 1/2 hour group is open to people currently in treatment for the disease and/or in remission. Group facilitator is Deborah Bressler who is a Psychotherapist, Addictions Counselor and a Life Coach in Montana and has first hand knowledge of the Lyme Recovery Journey.
