Hello and welcome! I’m Destiny a clinical therapist who's devoted to supporting individuals and their loved ones struggling with major life transitions, and life changing events. My focus as a therapist is to provide care and treatment for vulnerable and underserved populations in Montana. I truly love working with everyone and appreciate what makes us all unique. I specialize in working with adults as they navigate life transitions and stressors. My approach is warm, client centered and relational, with the intent to walk alongside a person during the process of transition and change. My work facilitates a deepening of understanding of self, to support people in accepting who they are and knowing that they matter. My treatment philosophy is rooted in person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, systems theory, and social justice.

I'm a professional mental health/addictions therapist working with adult clients. I utilize a trauma informed and client centered approach to therapy. Within my practice, I work with children, families and adults. Areas of focus for me include trauma and attachment issues, child and adolescent behavioral problems including, but not limited to ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorders. I utilize relationship and strength based approach in my practice, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family systems therapy.
