Not accepting new clients
I specialize in working with adults as they navigate life transitions and stressors. My approach is warm, client centered and relational, with the intent to walk alongside a person during the process of transition and change. My work facilitates a deepening of understanding of self, to support people in accepting who they are and knowing that they matter. My treatment philosophy is rooted in person-centered, strength-based, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, systems theory, and social justice.
I draw from Solution Focused therapy, which I use to help clients identify and reach their goals and dreams. Additionally, I have extensive experience providing support to people with disabilities and I am comfortable working with any type of disability, physical or mental, and I am neurodivergent affirming in my approach.
I welcome all genders, cultures, sexual orientations, disabilities, countries of origin, and religions. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with issues around anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, relationships, grief, gender and sexuality. I would be honored to work with you! Please feel free to reach out via email or phone to set up a time to meet.
