I enjoy meeting with people from all walks of life, with a specialization in anxiety, depression, grief, and women’s issues. I utilize a Person-Centered approach, which means that every client can have a completely individualized experience in their healing journey to match their own uniqueness. We can evaluate various methods of personal growth so that you can reach any goal or achievement you decide is important because you are the best expert on yourself.
