Life can throw a lot of curveballs your way, but that doesn’t mean that you have to field them alone. Anyone can struggle with healing, and reaching out for help to become the best possible version of yourself doesn’t have to be intimidating. I enjoy meeting with people from all walks of life, with a specialization in anxiety, depression, grief, and women’s issues. No matter what your background is, know that you will be welcomed into a safe, judgment-free environment that will move at the pace you want it to.
I utilize a Person-Centered approach, which means that every client can have a completely individualized experience in their healing journey to match their own uniqueness. We can evaluate various methods of personal growth so that you can reach any goal or achievement you decide is important because you are the best expert on yourself.
Healing may not be linear, and might take more time than you expect, but the only way to create a richer and more fulfilling life is to take that first step. Showing up for yourself can be challenging, but I’m here to join you on your path towards healing.
