I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who specializes in helping clients heal from stress, trauma, and the lingering effects of overwhelming life experiences. Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach that supports the nervous system in completing survival responses that may have gotten “stuck” during moments of fear, shock, or pain. Instead of focusing only on talking about the past, SE helps you tune into the body’s subtle signals and sensations, creating a pathway for release, regulation, and deep healing.
I also offer somatic touch work. This is a gentle, non-invasive process where I use light, respectful contact to support regulation of the nervous system. While the stillness of touch work can feel unusual, it is often in that quiet, non-active space that profound shifts occur. Clients often notice a greater sense of safety, calm, and resilience over time.
