I have over 33 years experience treating depression and anxiety. I believe that depression/anxiety often has root causes from childhood abuse of a verbal, sexual or physical nature or perhaps regrets resulting from your own choices. I have successfully treated all kinds of PTSD, post abortion syndrome, sexual identity issues, anger, and grief through loss. I help married women to learn to live with difficult husbands when divorce is not their option. I help couples to resolve conflict and learn to live in love and respect.

From 2002 until 2014 I was an Adolescent Therapist and Clinical Administrator at Logos School. Throughout my professional experience I have guided many adolescents, young adults and their families toward attaining their emotional, social and academic goals. I have established effective therapeutic relationships with individuals suffering from a variety of disorders and issues including but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Bipolar, OCD, ODD, Conduct Disorder, grief and loss, self-injurious behavior, school phobia, substance abuse and others. My ideal client is an adult, couple, or family that has experienced loss or trauma and wants to feel connected to themselves, those they love, and their community again. The individual/s may be experiencing extreme anxiety, irritability, or depression and have been trying to keep picking themselves up, but are tired and concerned about what their future holds. They often find themselves using a variety of means to numb such as eating, substance use, gambling, pornography, sex, video games, etc. They experience emptiness and feel that they really have no sense of who they are or what they want and often feel alone and disconnected.
