I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who feel stuck in recurring emotional and relational patterns. My work is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic in orientation. I focus on how these patterns develop, how they are maintained, and how they can gradually shift to create more flexibility and freedom in how you live and relate.
I work with adolescents and adults from a range of backgrounds. With adolescents and young adults, I commonly address anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family stress, and trauma. In adults, I work with parents and professionals in midlife seeking in-depth psychodynamic treatment for longstanding emotional or relational difficulties.
My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic theory and practice. I completed a postgraduate program at the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute, where I am currently a psychoanalytic candidate. This training informs my understanding of how early experiences and unconscious processes shape present difficulties and support lasting change.
