The psychodynamic approach is depth-oriented allowing all the aspects of you to have a voice, be understood, and grow in unison. I strive to create a space that allows for a nuanced understanding of yourself.

I have post-graduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy centered around improving the sense of self, providing lasting change, and creating better ways to handle existing in this ever-shifting world.

A typical session might explore your interpersonal relationships, how you avoid distress, what overwhelms your emotions, or any number of other topics. I work with individuals 14+ who have a variety of concerns including family of origin issues, neglect, trauma, eating disorders, substance use, relationship concerns, anxiety, and depression.
