Together, through creative projects and moving around outside, we can find that sense of self again. Sitting in a therapy room talking can get monotonous, so let’s bring life to the therapy room. I love working with children and teens. They bring so much energy and resilience to the therapy room. When they have reached a point where they can no longer see hope, when they have forgotten what is like to breathe, when they have lost that spark of joy within them, this is where I love to meet them.
