Ready to feel good again? I help people overcome their worst thoughts about themselves, in addition to behaviors that keep getting in the way of reaching their goals, whether it be health, work or relationship related. Most of my clients express a lifting of symptoms within the first few sessions. I have over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults overcome depression, anxiety, and eating related issues. Using concrete, evidence based approaches, I help people learn tools to improve their mood, manage their anxiety, and develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
I grew up in the Midwest, and moved to Colorado for school and the mountains. She enjoys the outdoors, skiing, camping and hiking. I earned a BS in Psychology from CU Boulder, and Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I've worked with people at all levels of care.
