I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey. My specialties in training are Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Play therapy, client focused, and certified in motivational interviewing therapy. I currently focus my practice in helping adults, children and adolescents manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem for example.
I specialize in treatment of adolescents and adults. I started working in a school program working with children with anxiety and ADHD. I have worked with children and adolescents managing depression, to anxiety and bullying. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, and play therapy to engage and work with families.
I have worked with many families from In Home therapy to outpatient through the years, it is the success stories that make a difference in their lives that help me learn as a clinician.
