I am strength based, solution focused and strive to empower you to build on what is already working in life. I am trained to work with children ages 0-5 and have an expertise with struggling teens. Whether it be life situations, depression, anxiety or trauma, I will partner with you to improve general happiness and well being.
I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and largely focus on attachment and interpersonal struggles. I use techniques from Art, Music, Biblio and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies to connect and meet your and your child's needs.
With so many life stressors at a peak right now, it will feel great to have a space to dedicate to venting and healing from what is keeping you and/or your child from your maximum potential.
