My job is to help you deal with the different challenges of life. I also have experience dealing with substance abuse and other addiction issues. As a person with a Cerebral Palsy, I believe in being honest and transparent and dealing with whatever challenges life has to offer. JCF Violet Flame is a holistic wellness center that specializes in trauma, emotional regulation and relationship/ family issues. We offer a variety of services that aid in helping people heal them selves and learn skills to live their best life. This may include professional counseling, meditation, art therapy, energy healing, breath work, movement therapy such as Qigong, DBT skills training, relationship coaching, spiritual advising, readings and intuition development which all work together to help create connections via mind, body, soul resulting in more awareness, inner freedom, and peace for purpose to unfold.

Having created and managed small businesses most of my career, I’m skilled in supporting managers and business owners in navigating difficult personalities and work dynamics. I have 30 years of teaching experience, including 20 as a certified meditation teacher, and a decade teaching Spanish in corporate settings.

This unites the best of the two disciplines as social work focuses on fair and ethical treatment for all humanity, while psychology emphasizes behavioral, psychoanalytical skills. Both of which I confidently uphold, and define my career path by. I have experience with both group and individual therapy relating to anger management, opioids, cognitive behavioral therapy, family dynamics, 12 steps, and many others.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with over 18 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and is a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist. My training in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Neuro-Emotional Technique and Life Coaching, has further afforded me the opportunity to incorporate therapy on both the conscious and subconscious levels. I have customized an extremely dynamic emotional detox program which has resulted in unprecedented successes for clients, at significantly faster rates than traditional therapy alone and has left clients raving.
