I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with over 18 years of experience in the field of Mental Health and is a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist. My training in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Neuro-Emotional Technique and Life Coaching, has further afforded me the opportunity to incorporate therapy on both the conscious and subconscious levels. I have customized an extremely dynamic emotional detox program which has resulted in unprecedented successes for clients, at significantly faster rates than traditional therapy alone and has left clients raving.
I facilitate the clearing of programming from childhood, which allows the implementation of new, resourceful beliefs and strategies for complete empowerment. I have aided my clients in solution-oriented sessions with clear and direct goal and road maps toward achieving those goals. A no nonsense and growth mindset approached are appreciated.
I am also certified in Applied Kinesiology (AK) which is an approach of balancing energy to create health and optimum performance. AK finds and removes energy blocks and imbalances to restore the natural flow of energy or QI. This work is very effective in alleviating pain, improving physical and mental performance, enhancing energy, and so much more.
