Welcome! If you're struggling with your mental health, dealing with relationship issues, looking for guidance and support through a challenging life situation, or you're simply ready to make a change in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
I work with individuals of all ages, from young children to adults. I work with a wide range of mental health challenges and life struggles, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and difficult life transitions. My areas of focus are working with children, teens, couples, and pregnancy/postpartum related issues.
My therapeutic philosophy is that you are the expert on you. My role is to support and guide you to accomplish whatever goals you have for our work together. I take a holistic approach to therapy in order to appropriately assess and treat the biological, psychological, and social elements of a problem or situation to best help you reach your goals!
