Hi there! Thanks so much for checking out my listing! I have lots of openings right now and I’m booking in-person sessions starting in June. I specialize in adults, older teens, young adults going through major life changes, as well as those struggling with anxiety, college/school issues, relationships and many more. I have 2 years of experience working with college students at the University of Saint Joseph and a previous 3 years working in Multisystemic Therapy. Throughout my past work experience with Multisystemic Therapy as well as working with college/graduate students at the University of Saint Joseph I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy to process and cope through anxieties such as Imposter Syndrome, relationship struggles and many more.
