Sometimes we feel lost and stuck in our lives. We have pain and trauma that feel unbearable. It can feel hopeless. There is a path forward. My name is Matt Hebert and I am passionate about helping others find the healing, peace, and self-acceptance that allows them to live a fulfilling and happy life. I want you to have a safe space to renew—or discover entirely—your life’s meaning. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples with various mental health and wellness concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, sexuality, intimacy, religious deconstruction, religious trauma, and life transitions.
I am in the process of becoming a certified sex therapist and am excited to help people better their sexual relationships and explore their sexual identity. One size never fits all so I use an integrative approach to counseling including, but not limited to, client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
