I am a seasoned professional who loves to use my knowledge and skills to help people find more joy in their lives. For 25 years I helped adults and children with anxiety, anger, depression, ADHD, traumas, and relationship conflicts. In 2020 I received advanced training in Sex Therapy from the Ohio Center for Relationship and Sexual Health in Cleveland. My practice is now focussed on relationships and sexual health. Some questions we answer together are: What is healthy sexuality for me? How can I get more joy from my relationship and my sex life? What is the realistic path to greater harmony and teamwork in my relationship?
It is my great pleasure to help with relationship and sexual problems. I like to help with infidelity, over-use of pornography, low desire, sexual pain, erectile dysfunction, ejaculatory difficulties, gender identity or sexual orientation concerns, anxiety, depression, OCD, history of trauma, parenting issues. I also love helping with family conflict.
Sex is uncomfortable to talk about for most people. I do my best to put people at ease. Your doctor will address the physical issues. My job is to help with the psychological aspects of sex. Things like anxiety, relationship dynamics, shame, obsessiveness, unrealistic expectations, and past trauma affect sexual satisfaction and pleasure. Let me help.
