I work with non-stop, high-demand professionals in their early 20s to mid 40s who feel "stuck" and struggle with various forms of anxiety or lack of fulfillment in life. I have years of experience providing individual therapy which allows me to quickly assess which treatment approach is best for each client. I have a personal background in various forms of movement and utilize this knowledge to assist clients in bringing more awareness to their mind-body connection which is often overlooked in mental health treatment. This is especially important for navigating trauma, anger, and anxiety.

I have experience with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE) therapy. The majority of my clients deal with various forms of anxiety, work stress, burnout, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and difficulty finding balance in life.
