Looking for brief therapy to work through a specific issue that you've not been able to resolve on your own or with other therapists? EMDR and Brainspotting are therapies for processing disturbing memories, thoughts, feelings and greatly reduce the number of sessions needed. People often find relief from the intensity of chronic pain, physical discomfort, and compulsive or addictive behaviors. It is used to help people lower their anxiety, process trauma and improve confidence. If you are looking to resolving negative thoughts, feelings and sensations in the body, contact me to schedule an appointment.

Rather than on-going groups, I offer workshops. Workshops are interactive and engaging ways to learn skills within just a few hours. People leave with new understanding of their emotions, thoughts and behavioral connections. When we understand why we become angry or anxious we can better manage the stress.

Certifications: EMDR for lowering anxiety and depression, reducing addictive behaviors, managing pain, processing past trauma and reduce unwanted thoughts/ feelings. Second language: American Sign Language.
