Hello, I am looking forward to discussing your concerns and goals with you. I offer psychotherapy, marriage counseling and hypnotherapy to anyone who wishes to open themselves to positive growth and life change. I have experience and expertise in assisting people to decrease symptoms connected with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, OCD, PTSD, low self esteem, issues of life change and aging, divorce and stress of all kinds. I also have expertise in the area of bipolar illness and personality disorders. I feel equally comfortable working with women and men as well as adolescents.
My workplace is calm, peaceful, safe and confidential. I share office space with other therapists should you require a referral for any reason. My treatment methods are eclectic, utilizing a variety of psychotherpeutic techniques, hypnotherapy, and some specialized approaches. Each person receives a specially tailored approach.
