About
Life’s chaos and competing needs are hard enough, don’t walk it alone. Rather than feeling alone and overwhelmed, let me help you find space to be heard, seen, and understood. Using my training in Perinatal Mental Health, I enjoy working with women in all life stages. Teens and families also need a space for honest connection and I can help you find avenues through your stuck places. Families that include special needs have unique struggles and often have trouble feeling heard and supported. Let’s build that safe place together.
Helping you see your strengths and finding new ways through your challenges are my goals. I believe we all grow better with encouragement and truth telling. Working collaboratively gives my clients confidence for moving forward and my years of training and experience inform my creative approach to each situation.
I enjoy coming alongside people and helping them find safety to explore their struggles. Reach out today for a free consultation.
