I provide individual therapy for mental health needs and adjustment disorders. Depression, anxiety, addictions and eating disorders are typical mental health issues of my clients. I also treat adjustment issues such as grief/loss, relationship/divorce/marital, work/career, and body image/weight.

With over 10 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, I am adept at helping people of all ages (4 and up) handle depression, anxiety, stress, loss, relationship problems, and transitions. I am trained to utilize both cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches and create an approach that is unique to each individual. When working with children and adolescents, I collaborate with parents and focus on building coping and communication skills that will last a lifetime. In addition to individual and family therapy, I also provide couples counseling.

I understand the importance of finding a therapist that is a good fit for you and how challenging that search can feel. My primary focus as your therapist is that you feel understood and seen. I work to provide a safe space for you to feel heard, and a space where it is safe to challenge yourself. We will work within this safe space to make connections regarding how your past impacts your present life and with this awareness we will strive to find peace in the present.

I enjoy working with teens, adults of all ages, and couples who experience anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, identity issues, impulsivity, life transition, panic, perfectionism, self compassion concerns, sensory issues, stress and/or trauma. My ideal client is open to pushing themselves past their comfort zone to take their lives from being comfortably numb to flourishing. We also offer remote video counseling using a secure system for those that are unable to be on premise.

My approach is Client-Centered and I include aspects of Cognitive Behavioral as well as Solution-Focused therapies into my work. When working with children, I incorporate play therapy, include sandplay, into my sessions in order to engage clients and create a comfortable environment for therapy.

I have special techniques I use with clients, such as EMDR & Tapping, that produce extremely FAST results in achieving change. I view intimate relationships as Sacred Contracts. I believe those contracts are full of opportunities for individuals to learn how to heal their personal triggers in order to emotionally & spiritually evolve. I firmly believe that therapy should be a transformational process, helping clients manifest the life & relationship their soul longs to experience!
