I understand seeking out therapy can be overwhelming. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for you to develop tools to live a life most aligned with your values. Perhaps you are struggling with prolonged sadness, excessive worry, relationship concerns, or using behaviors that you would like to change. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients see the changes they desire.
I specialize in treating individuals (15 years and older) with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, grief, loss, and life transitions. I offer both in-person and telehealth visits. I do not provide couples or family counseling.
