It is my goal with each individual to build a strong therapeutic relationship where the client can feel accepted for who they are and experience empathy, genuineness, and the safety needed to explore their most challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My typical theoretical orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also believe that it is necessary, at times, to draw from other orientations and therapies in order to provide the best care possible for my clients.

I enjoy working with all ages and situations such as individual adults, people dealing with effects of trauma, and couples. I also specialize in adolescents and young adults that struggle with social anxiety, depression, self-harm, and body image/self esteem. I love to help families strengthen parent - child relationships.

Sometimes people with the worst pasts end up creating the best futures. It is my goal as a therapist to help you reach that future. We all have struggles, failures, and regrets. The acknowledgement of having these battles is the greatest step forward.
