I have a heart to help people who are hurting and looking for relief, change, and hope. I have been trained in a wide variety of therapies including EMDR, TBRI- which are both trauma therapies- CBT, Brief Solution focused, and more. I work with children, couples, families, and adults dealing with trauma and a variety of other issues. I have experience working with victims of childhood abuse, sexual abuse, and more.
