My primary role is to partner & build a therapeutic alliance with clients and families who are challenged by acute/chronic mental/behavioral health concerns related to different types of anxiety; phobias; depression; suicidal thoughts; maladaptive coping - substance abuse; school/career/life stress; grief; anger; family conflict, emotional dysregulation, & mental toughness. As I/we embark on an integrated approach unique to you, building a safe and trusting relationship is one of the most important pillars to setting realistic and attainable goals that foster & promote motivation towards change and practical sustainability.

I am here to support you through the process of understanding the reasons that led you to therapy. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), a Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) Professional.

Actively engaging in therapy is both challenging and rewarding. I feel privileged that my clients allow to me a part of their journey. I have experience treating a variety of disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder and eating disorders. In 2010, I completed the intensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) training by Behavioral Tech. Although I specialize in DBT, I have training in a variety of therapeutic genres (such as CBT and Interpersonal therapy) and take an individualized approach to therapy, meeting my client where he/she is and helping them reach their goals.
