I provide therapeutic services in a collaborative form for adolescents and adults dealing with depression and anxiety. I work with my clients to provide an individualized and compassionate plan that incorporates techniques and interventions from various theories. I often address these issues utilizing Person-Centered, Systems, Cogitative Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (evidenced-based therapeutic practices).

I have worked in shelters for unhoused teenagers & families, correctional facilities, organizations for survivors of domestic violence & sexual assault & on the behavioral health unit at a hospital for children & teenagers.
