Hello! My name is Erin Primeaux, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Lake Charles, LA working with clients all across Louisiana via telehealth. I work with adult clients with multiple areas of focus including depression, anxiety, stress, grief, perinatal mental health, and women's issues. I am Norma Clark, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and in Louisiana with over 13 years of experience with adults in individual and group therapy, primarily in crisis and trauma, including 3 years in online video sessions. I use creative interventions, such as art, music, animal-assisted, Tai Chi, yoga, mindfulness, writing, and life narrative. Also, I emphasize understanding and processing emotions.
