If traumatic memories haunt you while continuing to impact your relationships, sleep, and mood, consider Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) My clinical experience has been with teens, college students, adults and families. EMDR works even if you are unable to recall all of the traumatic event. Clients tell me they want to change but don't know how. Let me show you how to begin. I watched a video where therapists rated methods of therapies; all ranked EMDR as 10/10 to assist with issues.

I specialize in treating addictive behaviors. I worked at The Grief Recovery Center prior to its closing so I have a special interest in working with grief. I have completed EMDR basic training. If talk therapy alone has not been effective, try EMDR. I come in with no expectations or agendas into my office. I allow my client to be the leader or the expert.
