My therapeutic style is approachable and warm, and I consider it a privilege to be able to support clients at times of crises, challenge, or just growth in general. Who's in charge anyway?? When events or other people or you seem to be out of synch, maybe bouncing it off someone who is not in the situation with you is a good idea. I am a great listener and a proactive counselor.

My focus has always been to work from the strengths-based and systems perspectives, which involve looking at one's strengths and building on them, along with examining one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as they relate to the environment around them.
