Hi, I'm Kevin. Chances are, if you're looking for a therapist, life, or at least part of it, isn't exactly the way you want it right now. Life can be challenging, even efforts to make things better can be challenging. It's one thing to start therapy and it's another thing to make therapy work. I want to make it easy for you to come to therapy and I want therapy to be helpful. I have found that how we go about change is sometimes just as important as what we are trying to change.
I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since 2008. I have worked extensively with individuals and family members in dealing with various life stresses. Life stress can include trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, health issues, aging, injury, grief, plus whatever you would like to add.
There's no real limit or boundary to life stress and just because we have dealt with it before doesn't make it easier to deal with it now. If you feel the need and are open to exploring therapy to help address your life stresses, I would love to listen and to help you through it.
