I draw from CBT, trauma informed practices, and creative techniques, and I also incorporate humor when it’s helpful. Sometimes a moment of lightness makes difficult topics easier to explore and opens space for deeper insight.
My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely heard. We will focus on your strengths while working through challenges such as anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or relationship stress, always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
