The heart of my work lies at working with issues related to self-worth, anxiety, "big T" and "little t" trauma, complex/difficult relationships, and spirituality. I love working with folks who are reconstructing their worldview, unlearning harmful ways of thinking, and relearning how to form healthy relationships.
I generally use third-wave cognitive behavioral approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT) rooted in a humanistic, compassionate viewpoint. My clients have described me as warm, genuine, and someone who asks good questions.
It is a great privilege to bear witness to the stories my clients share with me. I hope that with me, you would experience a relationship that is caring, encouraging, and genuine. You can learn more about me, my approach, and logistics at my personal website. If you think we might be a good fit, don't hesitate to reach out for a consult call. :)
