I use various therapeutic approaches that aid my clients with exploring both cognitive distortions, and the conscious and unconscious levels of thinking which will demonstrate healthy behaviors leading to positive outcomes.
I can help my clients by allowing them to be in a comfortable and confidential space for them to open up and start their healing journey. Listening to their issues and allowing them to process those issues in a healthy manner. My goal is to help the client to identify their triggers and challenges that affect their life and to develop coping mechanisms.
