As an empathic and non-judgmental psychologist with 13+ years in the field, I am passionate and love helping my clients progress toward optimal peace and wellness. I specialize in treating women, adults, teens and couples struggling with anxiety, stress management, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships/dating issues and grief. I actively work with you toward relief of your symptoms while we address the long-standing limiting beliefs and experiences that have been impacting your peace and wellbeing.
My approach is eclectic yet primarily modern Psychodynamic & CBT, meaning we will work to "make the unconscious conscious" while building a safe & authentic therapeutic relationship. I believe the first step to change is becoming aware of the 'why,' followed by taking actionable steps to create positive, lasting change and to help you feel better.
With a previous career in the performing arts, I bring this experience to my practice to be able to work with all kinds of people... from the very shy or reserved, to the more extroverted personality. I find therapy works best if you and I are able to both be authentic people in the room.
