I specialize in counseling clients that have experienced traumatic events, have intense emotional difficulties including depression and anxiety, feel overwhelmed with the demands of life, and/or feel they have tried everything and nothing seems to be working. I'm a certified EMDR therapist and have found great success using this modality within my practice.
I am currently only accepting clients for online therapy. I do use a virtual platform that allows me to conduct emdr therapy sessions online. This platform does not require you to download anything.
