In this lifetime, we experience many emotions and go through many different circumstances. Whether you are going through a life transition or trying to heal from past traumas, I seek to offer a safe and supportive environment that will extend acceptance, trust and understanding to those who are hurting. Through the therapeutic process, you will learn coping skills to take control of your life once again. With counsel and guidance, help and healing can begin.
I believe that as we are all created differently, the healing and growth process may need to encompass more than one therapeutic method. There is no one size fits all. I will teach tools for your toolbox that include skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and Mindfulness techniques, to name a few.
As an Asian-American having gone through tragic loss as well as transitions and turmoil in various life seasons, I have been blessed with the gift to truly understand the pain that life can bring as well as the true healing that comes from the therapeutic process.
