I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and disordered eating. I use an integrative approach through evidenced based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to each client to help them reach their desired outcomes and goals.

I offer a nonjudgemental, compassionate, and empathetic space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
