Hi I'm Jovanna! Have you been overwhelmed by the things life has thrown at you? Do you feel your mind being pulled in different directions? Are you finding it hard to love yourself? I help hard workers manage their anxiety and help avoid getting burnt out by re-establishing a work/life balance. Together we'll work on finding out what hasn't been working for you. We'll identify the needs of your mind, body, and environment to help you regain that stability. I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology to help you re-establish a positive relationship with yourself. I look forward to working with you!
