Deciding to attend therapy is a courageous act that can result in life altering and life affirming outcomes. I am experienced working with issues including stress, family conflict, relationship issues, transitions, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. I also specialize in working with youth who have engaged in sexually inappropriate or other disruptive behaviors, including those involved with child protective services and the legal system.
I have helped individuals, including youth and adults, and families working through all of these issues to recover, improve their functioning, and achieve more fulfilling lives.
