My areas of focus include but are not limited to helping individuals with issues of mood such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Fear, and Bi-Polar. For couples, I share principles that make relationships work. I can help couples work through issues of infidelity, or help rebuild their fondness and admiration. I help families work through life transitions like, having a baby, parenting teens, or retirement. I work with Survivors of abuse, Addiction, and Trauma. I also conduct Critical Incident Stress Debriefings for First Responders (EMS, Fire, & Police).
It's my goal to help you become the best adult version of yourself. I use different approaches and interventions because we are all different. I'm an active EMT & Fireman, and a ten year veteran of the Marine Corp, which gives me a unique perspective in helping first responders and veterans.
