I value the stories and experiences that my clients share with me and I seek to provide a safe space that allows for empathy, comfort, accountability, understanding and compassion. I wholeheartedly believe that great healing can emerge when we allow ourselves to be open to exploring the things that have kept us stuck in unhealthy emotional and behavioral patterns, identify and organize them - and, do some learning.
I love to support my clients through: Trauma - Anxiety - Coping Skills - Depression - Grief - LGTBQ+ - First Responders - First Responder Family Members - Parenting. My spouse of 10 years is a Lieutenant Firefighter, & I am very passionate about working with first responders & their families.
12 years ago, I experienced a trauma & was diagnosed with PTSD- my helpers led me to this career in hopes of giving back, as I know how hard life can be. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community.
