You are faced with many obstacles daily and throughout life. In many cases, you may feel stuck and do not know how to handle situations that may arise. In this case, you have an empty “toolbox”.
I provide therapy to clients that face struggles, such as parenting stressors, grief, negative mindset, lack of self-worth, anxiety, being a caretaker, compassion fatigue, etc. Over time and several therapy sessions, clients will begin to have many “tools” that they can utilize outside of therapy and in the real world to help them feel and be successful.
