I have 15 years of expertise working with adults to address depression, anxiety, relational issues, trauma, healing from abuse, perfectionist/people pleasing, grief, body image, and disordered eating. Additionally, I specialize in supporting individuals through the perinatal stage of life, addressing mental health related to infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and pregnancy/postpartum life adjustments. As a certified and licensed perinatal mental health therapist, I hope to hold space for your experience and support your healing.
I use the following approaches to help individuals address the feelings, thoughts and behaviors that surround their presenting concerns: cognitive behavioral therapy (examining thoughts/beliefs), attachment approaches, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, nervous system support and strength-based approaches.
