I draw from different therapeutic techniques to provide you with tools to deal for whatever you are going through. I have worked with individuals who struggle with emotional and behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, PTSD, ADHD, grief/loss and careers. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness theoretical models.
I am a LPC, a member of the ACA with experience in counseling to women, men, teens, and families. I a was counselor at The Women's Center, DVR, WCTC, UW-Madison Adult and Student Services Center, UW-Whitewater Career Center, and Crossroads Counseling Center. Training in HMR, Certificate in advance motivational interviewing and IFS.
