When you experience a bump in the road, a pitfall, or are tasked with deciding which road to take, it can be natural to feel anxious, sad, angry, and/or overwhelmed. My job, as a licensed marriage and family therapist for over the past decade, has been and is to walk alongside you and help you navigate these bumps, pitfalls, and decisions. I will help you identify what your goals for the therapeutic process are, will provide an empathic ear, will brainstorm with you, and will create a safe space for you to talk about and sort out your problems!
