The decision to see a counselor may be intimidating or overwhelming. Sometimes we need to seek help outside family and friends. I specialize in a few types of clients - Couples hanging on by a thread, men who are less than thrilled at the idea of attending therapy, and individuals that live under a constant state of frustration in life. As someone who has lived and survived all of these scenarios personally, I've have a ton of empathy and a box of tools ready for people motivated to achieve change. My specialty is couples and families. I mostly work with partners who are struggling with communication issues, infidelity, trust, and conflict. I often work with families who are struggling with boundaries and family arguments, as well as issues stemming from a new marriage with children from previous relationships.

I take a trauma informed and non-judgmental approach that blends compassion with humor to help you find the best path forward. The focus of my work is helping men and women who are struggling with compulsive sexual/relationship behaviors (also known as sex, porn or love addiction) that have had negative impacts on a person's relationships, overall emotional well being, health, family, career and other aspects of life. Struggles with sexuality can involve a great deal of pain, guilt and shame. If this is your experience, finding a professional who can provide a safe and non-judgemental space is crucial. In addition, I work with individuals who experience difficulties creating and maintaining intimate connections in relationships.
