I provide a warm, safe and confidential environment for people to explore life's challenges to create positive changes and healing in their life. I focus on client strengths and their goals, and provide strategies for handling conflict, communication, anxiety, and problem-solving. I am current limiting in person sessions, primarily offering telehealth via Zoom for HealthCare due to knee replacements.
My specialties include trauma and anxiety and stress,, marriage counseling, women's issues, and coping with medical trauma. I am an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, providing a wide range of effective treatments utilizing EMDR, and provide consultation to other professionals on a regular basis. I offer psychotherapy, CBT, and EMDR.
My passion is working with individuals and couples, and enjoy watching others’ growth. As a seasoned therapist, I continue to look for a variety of tools to support my clients. I understand the difficulties that can occur in life, and partner with my clients to support them through the changes they desire.
